  1. Whomever planned the road construction near the refuge should lose their job. How about paving at night or at least during the major commuting hours? Has to be a better plan than this.


    1. Decisions made about construction on state roads are made by the New York State Department of Transportation.


    2. The refuge is not in the Town of Montezuma


  2. The construction was handled by either the NYS Dot, or the town of Tyre. (Town to Montezuma’s west). If you have a concern go to Tyre’s town meetings.
