All trash must be brought to the Town Highway Department (Chapman Road off High Street) for disposal. There wi be no door-to- door pick-up. Please note the following items will not be accepted:

• NO FLUIDS OF ANY KIND
• TIRES AND AUTO PARTS
• OIL OR TOXIC MATERIALS (FLUIDS)
• ELECTRONICS
• PAINT
• REFRIGERATORS AND FREEZERS
• AIR CONDITIONERS
• PROPANE TANKS
• TV’S OR COMPUTERS  

  Any homeowner of the Town of Montezuma permitting non- residents to dispose of trash, rubbish, garbage or household waste within the town limits wi be in violation of local law and wi be prosecuted.

  The town reserves the right to limit amounts.
